At RedTape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original RedTape packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
